We envision stronger communities where people are supported to overcome barriers, build independence and confidence, and reach their full potential through meaningful relationships, genuine care and connection.
Mission - LCC Services exists to provide compassionate, person-centred support that creates meaningful opportunities for people to grow, connect and thrive.
Building on many years of serving our local community, we recognised the need to formalise and strengthen our services for people requiring more specialised support. This led us to become a registered NDIS provider, enabling us to deliver structured supports and programs that respond to individual needs while promoting choice, independence, participation and meaningful outcomes.
At the heart of LCC Services is a simple belief: every person deserves the opportunity to move forward in life, regardless of the challenges or circumstances they have faced.
Through skilled support, meaningful relationships and strong community partnerships, we work alongside individuals to build confidence, develop independence, strengthen community connection and create pathways toward a better future.

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

SIDE BY SIDE supports young people and young adults transitioning from custody back into community.
Through consistent one-to-one support, we help participants rebuild routines, access essential services, reconnect with education and community, attend important appointments and develop the skills and confidence needed to move forward.
Where possible, we begin building connection before release to provide greater consistency throughout the transition.
RESTORE supports NDIS participants to become more active, confident and connected within their community.
Whether it’s developing everyday life skills, learning to use public transport, joining local activities, building social connections or simply gaining confidence outside the home, support is shaped around each participant’s interests and NDIS goals.
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) service supports eligible NDIS participants to live with greater independence in a safe, welcoming and supportive home environment.
We provide personalised support with everyday living, routines, skill development, community participation, and personal goals while encouraging participants to make choices and take an active role in their daily lives.
Depending on individual funding and support needs, support can be available 24/7.
